1. Liquor, food, and beverages are not allowed from outside
2. In case of any reduction in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged.
3. In case of an increase in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the actual number will be charged.
4. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for their children. Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on the resort property.
6. Swimming is at the visitor/guest’s own risk and the resort does not accept any liability for any mishap.

Group / Corporate booking is valid on a minimum of 25 People (Three/ Four/ Multiple sharing basis).

Premium Group Tariff: Rs.2,499/- + GST

APPLICABLE GST:12% GST is applicable if three persons are accommodated in a room, and 18% GST is applicable if more than three persons are accommodated in a room.

RESORT POLICIES

• Check-in: 2:00 PM & Check-out: 11:00 AM (early check-in & late check-out subject to availability).
• If you arrived early, and your room is not ready, you are welcome to use the facilities while you wait for them to become available.
• Outside liquors are not allowed.
• Our packages are inclusive of a buffet.
• Hi-tea, dinner, & breakfast are served at our restaurant. This meal cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services.
• This package starts with evening Hi-tea the day after check-in and ends with breakfast on the day of check-out.
• Booking confirmations are subject to availability. Booking confirmation against 50% advance payment, balance while check-in.
• In case of any reduction in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged. In case of an increase in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the actual number will be charged in case of cancellation or non-arrival. The resort reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay on-utilisation of any facilities in the package does not entitle guests to a refund. We accept payments through cash, visa, and Mastercard credit cards and all debit cards (Please note: We accept only Indian credit and debit cards).

Cancellation Charges:

• If cancellation is done 14 or more days prior to arrival, then 10% of the tariff will be charged.
• If cancellation is done between 5-14 days of arrival, then 50% of the tariff will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.

• Speed Boat Tour to Elephant Camp: Rs. 950 per person (includes visit and return, minimum 4 persons).
• Towable Boat (2 persons): Rs. 1,200 (4-5 minutes, approx. 2 km).
• Towable Boat (3 persons): Rs. 1,500 (4-5 minutes, approx. 2 km).
